  1. Choose an apartment you want to stay in depending on dates and budget, number of guests, the design you want, and amenities you need. If you are unsure, our managers are always here to help find the best fit for you.
  2. When you have a question, interested in an apartment, or ready to book, just fill out our form and leave your name, email, and phone number, and our manager will contact you. We usually respond in an hour.
  3. Lease agreement: Our manager will check the availability of an apartment on selected dates, will confirm all information with you, and make a reservation after your payment.

Your health and safety are our priority. We implement enhanced cleaning measures. Properties are cleaned with disinfectant. All towels and bedding are washed in water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF between stays. We follow standard cleaning practices recommended by COVID-19 Guidelines (CDC).
Yes. The minimum stay in any MOVA apartment is 30 days.
For the majority of apartments, two pets are allowed. Please let us know if you have pets in advance so that we can take this into account and confirm that the selected apartment allows living with pets.
 
The move-in process is different for each apartment: from the lockbox which can be opened with a code to the building staff that will give you the keys upon your arrival. Our managers will send you instructions regarding the check-in and check-out process after your successful reservation.
MOVA offers a wide range of different apartments in various areas of NYC. We have 1BD/1BA, 1BD/1.5BA, 2BD/1BA, 2BD/1.5BA, 2BD/2BA, 3BD/1BA apartments as well as studios. Available locations include Financial District, East Village, West Village, Upper East side, Chelsea, Midtown East Manhattan, Park Slope, and Downtown Brooklyn. The place located in a quiet neighborhood that is not far from the center of Manhattan, which makes it quite easy to access the many attractions that draw people to NYC. It's also a full service 1bd apartment that matches exactly with the phots shown: Spacious, clean and good quality furnitures. The staff is courteous, responsive and professional. Many amenities are provide for long stay, especially the free laundry facility located inside the building, which is quite a rarity in NYC! The neighborhood is also good for long stay with many good restaurants, supermarkets, etc., but not too many tourists to cause too much hustle and bustle. Definitely will stay here next time we are in NYC, if it is available.

Mova’s apartment in Park Slope was perfect. I was comfortable and settled in immediately. I love Prospect Park and being so close and walking there every morning was a plus. Location was perfect for going to the BK museum, library, gardens, subway & of course so many incredible & fun restaurants. Apartment has everything one could need while away from home including cozy robes after your hot shower. I would definitely stay again.

The residence was very conveniently located, safe and clean. We had a lovely time being so accessible to some of NYC's best attractions and the subway system. Highly recommend this location, and the on site gym was a nice perk for my kids. Highly recommend staying here, good for a family of 4.
